Leeann Hamilton is an Irish comic artist currently based in Meath. She is a graduate of the West Wales School of the Arts, and has worked with the Cartoon Saloon. With writer Sinead Lynch, she created zombie comedy "Shinimegami Kate" for the Irish anthology series Havoc 21 in 2005. The same team created Rose by Any Other Name, an apocalyptic tale of gender and family values, which was a runner-up in the TokyoPop Rising Stars of Manga UK & Ireland competition in 2006, and a fantasy pirate story, Bonny Buccaneers, for TokyoPop's Manga Pilot line, in 2008.

Leeann created and self-published Finn & Fish, based on the legends of Finn mac Cumhaill and the Salmon of Knowledge since 2010 and all four issues were collected into a graphic novel in 2013, called Finn & Fish: The Wash Cycle. Finn and Fish also received a news feature in ImagineFX #88. It won several awards in 2013, including Best Writer and Best Artist on The Arcade, a Seven Questions award for most mentioned favourite comic title and author, and was a nominee for Best European Comic 2013 in the True Believer's Awards in 2014.

Hamilton's next comic was Kitteenies, which became popular with an all age audience, and enjoyed several reprints since 2014. A sequel was released in 2019.

Hamilton was the concept and line artist for Panacean, a Comixology and Kindle title from publisher Oddlight Studios released in 2018. She was the artist and letterer on Countess Constance Markievicz for the Creative Centenaries information hub.

Her latest title is Triassic Field, released digitally in March 2020 on her Gumroad store.
